Fiano 2021

$30.00

Fiano (pronounced “fee-ah-no”) originates from Campania in Southern Italy, and is now grown here in our Granite Belt winery near Stanthorpe on the Southern Downs.

Fiano wine has a crisp acidity and an intensity to the finish that carries on and on. Subtle nutty aromas, with fresh pear, citrus and honey flavours, and an almost waxy texture.

Fiano pairs well with fresh cheeses, seafood, pasta, and roast chicken dishes, and other white meats.

Best served around 10-12°C, even up to 14°C to let the aromatics and texture shine. Serving too cold can mute the flavour.
